Me and Bubba have been discussing Gmod and we have thought of organizing a game(most likely sandbox). Anyone is welcome to join! Just post a reply below. Must have Gmod, mic not required as I don't have one ;)

Well, the server system on G-mod isn't as good as in TF2 and other things like that. Hamachi is needed.

Definetely, You got Hamachi? If not go get it, it's difficult to get a working server without it.

Will I need hamachi to play on the server? Or only need hamachi to set up a server? Because I have tryed using hamachi before and I was terrible with it. If you haven't figured out already, I am a total noob at computer's :oops:

I would host the server for you, but seriously, I think my ISP has just went "Yo, fuck this Bubba kid, he ain't having any fun" and completely choked my internet, so that's not an option.

To answer your question, you need Hamachi to do both playing on a hamachi hosted server and to host one. Sadly, that's how it has to be.

It's communication software that allows you to join servers as it gives you a unique IP. If you don't want to do that you can Port forward. I personally can't do this, but i'm pretty sure it's easier.

Always hated hamachi, ask the guys what host they use for mixes, maybe they do free gmod servers?
