Tell him to change it. If he doesn't upload a picture of the spray again or wait for an admin to come and see it. Innapropiate sprays isn't such a long ban which is why you should tell him to change it. If you see him on the server again with the same spray message me over steam and I'll ban him for a day.

i told him and so did proxima , he just gave some excuse and left.

I would ban him, but that doesn't prove it is him and we don't have a steam ID. Sorry man, but that isn't really enough to ban him with.
