New map vote.

Quick suggestion:

- Change the vote to 4-5-6-7-8 and so on instead of 1234.

- Will prevent new people in spamming 1 and then they can have time to listen to people saying pick 4 or 5 or similar stuff like that.

- Quick trick: A map you wanna play? Right as you get into a new map write !nominate and pick the map you want. If you are the first the map you want is going to be 1 which all are spamming anyway.. In some way that's cool but it's kind of lame and could be changed.

What do you guys think?
