What's the difference?

Mods are more game based and are the direct line on the server.

Admins have more immunity then moderators and are supposed to keep the moderators on the good track.

Also Admins are more busy on the forum and we have separate admin meetings with admins and above.

Thats about it I believe.

I'd expect the admins to be on the servers more, as they have more power.
