  1. Ezpz lemon squeezy

In all seriousness though it did take me a couple of years to learn english properly.

I had to put in alot of effort to get rid of the Dutch accent.

However starting young really helped me as its easier to learn it at that point.

Mind you though i pick up languages quite easily.

That's indeed a good cooler, will add it to the list!

Exactly what i am planning, otherwise this guide will not work :P

Also i'd like to see a section dedicated to SLI / SLI bridges its something usually hyped up but alot of people dont know much about the upsides / downsides of sli etc.

While you say that going for a single higher card vs SLI is usually better this is not always the case as goes for the 1070 SLI vs single 1080

  3. i was the first to start this recent trend let it be known.

    i inspire.

but yeh SSD is more important for you right now

however you'd still gain something from upgrading from a 2nd gen i7

Thanks Brawler. Are you sure the psu would be adequate for the graphics card though?

    Cheers Raw. I'll have a think. :)

Weezy: tell mintlou to reply or no rep you baby cuck xo

to put it in perspective im running a 750W PSU with SLI 1070's so yeh im sure itll be fine.

i am gonna edit vids and stream and stuff so i need the i7

as they said get the 1070 and you're golden.

However something to keep in mind current AAA titles already recommend you have 16gb of ram, might wanna upgrade to 16 down the line.

If you wanna future proof it you may be able to dish out a bit more for a 750W PSU incase you wanna SLI later down the line since at that point 500W wont suffice.

by 'cheap out' on the psu and the case, how much are you talking

cheap out meaning getting a cheap B brand, whereas you could've spent 40 quid more for that nice corsair case or EVGA PSU, price doesnt mean everything of course but yeh generally you get what you pay for.

i didnt necessarily say to buy this controller, i bought a new xbox360 controller for my pc from ebay for 10 pounds, and it works perfectly, just like new

edit: my point is, you could buy a controller for cheaper that functions the same as a steam controller

to be fair from what ive seen / heard steam controller has more customization over a standard X360 / PS3 controller (wich i use just now)

just got curious since it seems like a nice thing to have.

ah, yeah fair enough, but my point is that you could get better cases for cheaper after all

though if you look at the pictures you could see that the case could be opened, having vents

2 things ive learned from building PC's in the past

1 - never cheap out on a PSU itll fry your shit

2 - never cheap out on cases either.

Exactly. Seems like someone is not listening when he is asking for advice.

Could save so much if u take my advice.

And WHY??? 750w power supply. 550w 80+ gold one is enough, even if u overlock.

to be fair 750w power supply is fine if he plans to SLI.

also take a look at this case instead http://www.corsair.com/en/obsidian-series-750d-full-tower-atx-case

its bloody mint (one i use)

also again the SSD is way too expensive look at Samsung for one.

and i agree with the others on the case.

pls, dont buy that expensive case

    heres another one : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Game-Max-Silent-Proofed-Gaming/dp/B017LXAEPO/ref=sr_1_21?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1475428486&sr=1-21&keywords=pc+gaming+tower

+its sound proof, im sure you could replace it with a window but you would need to buy it seperately

that thing looks like it has horrible airflow.

  11. Intel and Samsung came out with new SSD's recently aswell will be a bit pricey but they have a read/write of 2400 mb/s over the now standard 500 mb/s might be worth looking at as ive no idea what the current price for them is.

PC wise itll do you nicely, can always SLI later to add  a couple of extra years of lifespan. also you bringing over a HDD or something from your old pc? since 240 gb of space really isnt much at all, OS and 2 games and its filled up.

Also over here 500gb SSD's are becoming insanely cheap compared to 256gb ones might be worth looking at, but yeh get a extra HDD for storage only cost bout 50 quid for a 1/2tb one.

something to take note 16gb of ram is starting to become standard for new titles now.

Also where's your case? xD you gonna hang it from the wall or put it in a custom desk or something?
