In regards to lack of communication before the bans, I will have to agree, I should've given the "one final warning", and I apologise that I didn't. However I do not feel the bans were undeserved, you know that there is a rule against windtunnel and racism. I can not speak for anyone else, but for me generally using racial slurs/racially demeaning words has been a big no go, no matter who is involved or what the context is. I will unban all three of you, as said before, it was dealt with unfairly and should've been given the big warning before the ban. I will take this as a lesson for myself and bare in mind all of the points you have made for future reference.

Instead of raging over mic you can type in chat and people are more likely to take you seriously instead of getting annoyed with you due to the screaming and the insults flying about.

The reason I changed it to a permanent mute is not because your mic was too loud, it was because you constantly spam your mic, rage over mic, talk over the commander and you're also being very abusive from time to time. I am not willing to unmute you as you have been warned about these things several times by me and you still carry on.

Your first post was your member app, your first post should never be a member app, make an introduction here, if you don't know what to put in your introduction read this. Get involved in the forum topics that interest you, stay on topic and don't make spam posts. Hop on Teamspeak if you haven't already, it's not as dangerous as it might sound. Get to know the people in the community and let them get to know you.

As others have said already, you should have waited until the end of the month to re-apply as that is the rule if you get declined. And I know it can be a bit hard to integrate with other people in the community with the massive time zone difference but I've literally not even seen a glimpse of you since you made your introduction. Just as Raichu said, hop on TS, it's not mandatory, but it helps a lot.

This means spending time on our game servers, as well as making quality posts on the forums and popping on Teamspeak! Server activity is the main priority here though. Before you gain a trial you must show a little bit of activity and dedication beforehand, then we will evaluate you further during the actual trial itself. You obviously did not read the massive red box of text before you wrote your application. Your first post on forums was your member app, which in itself doesn't tell that much about you, other than you do rockclimbing and skydiving, we need more details. Make an introduction in the intro thread, let us get to know you and you should get to know us. I think I've seen you on the server maybe twice, make yourself more noticed, but don't spam. Integrate with the community, hop on Teamspeak3, which to my knowledge you've not been on either.
