Future admin applications

I'd like to suggest we allow trial members to apply for admin for now on.

Edit - Just because i saw a good few players that were on trial for the last apps, and it was a shame they missed out on a chance.

They already can, tweep was on trial and made it to admin. Once admin apps open, any player who is on trial at that moment can also apply for admin.

Well to be fair, normally this isnt ok. We would like players to first apply for member. Tweeps case is kind of special. I was not there when the mods were choosen. But then again, I hvnt played enough to give a real vote atm. All im trying to say is normally spoken players must become member before they can apply for admin.
