I'd like it if Mintlou could be periodically banned, as this hasn't happened since the last rebellion back in late December/early January. Conor is the boss. He has underlings who he palms off responsibility to, so they deal with the flak. Veterans continue to be abusive/awful in private and occasionally scare off the odd new member into a more welcoming channel. The mods are targeted by play-hours until they burn out and get demoted/promoted. Nothing changes.
