Why should he be banned: I killed him the previous round and as soon as we spawned in he ran straight over to my cell and killed me instantly without saying anything (freekilling)

To the ban request, it is a blatant freekill but it's hard to judge what the situation on the server was at the time as there are only 4 of you on. It's not like any of you were actually playing the JB game mode rather than just roaming the map and doing random stuff.

I'll drop him a short CT-Ban but to outright ban him would be too harsh considering the scenario on the server.
