Basically knows what he is doing, then "accidently" kills 3 people. Finds out there is no mod/admin in so then just nades all T's.

Seems like a fine kid to me with a perm ctban, wouldn't trust him with a server ban cause he'll just come back and pull crazy shit untill he gets caught again. Cause he aint doing this when mods are on.
