He has been gagged, muted and ctbanned at various intervals and then he left after begging for a ban a few times which we caught and dealt with in the time after you made this post.

They weren't for long times but that was what we enforced at the time, if he comes back again and causes trouble he will be dealt with severely otherwise we'll leave it for now as I did have a word with him.
