I know i'm almost 2 months late to the party,

but I have a budget as fuck build that can run most DX11 games on ultra and also games like BF3

Cost me £400 to build (not including Monitor And OS):

AMD FX-6300 CPU

4GB kingston ram

AMD HD 7770 GPU

some soddy 500gb hard drive

GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard

Disk Drive (they are like £20)

If you read this, and don't want to build a PC, there are a lot of websites that can build it for you whilst you pick the parts out for a small fee, in my opinion it seems vibox.co.uk is one of the best services for it.
