    Hey Twiixtor,

    Congratulations! You've been accepted for a 1 week trail please msg me or stiqqy for an invite to the steam group and remember to wear your trail tag on the server. To better your chances on being accepted try and get involved as much as you can such as joining teamspeak for a little while just so people can get to know you a bit more, your already really friendly and active on the server so you've got that covered.

    Hey Rias,

    It is with regret I have to inform you that you've been declined, currently under-age applicant's need to be nominated by a member of our Admin when they show exceptional Member qualities such as being a helpful and friendly person, following the rules and being active on the Server, Forums and Teamspeak. This does not mean you'll never get member and we do appreciate the interest you have shown in joining our community.     Hey everyone,

    As you may have already noticed, our Jailbreak server is currently down. Right now our host is having major issues and are working on bringing their servers back online. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control, so all we can do right now is wait. We will keep you up-to-date as soon as we know more.

    This thread is here to hopefully give you guys some idea as to what we are looking for in members. As some of you already know, we are now using the trial procedure before we fully accept people into becoming a member of Outbreak. Take some time to read this thread, it will help you!

    Why should I join Outbreak?

    If you are accepted to become a member, you will receive a few benefits :

    ♦ |OB| Member Tag, you will be a member of our community and experience the loving, warm atmosphere of OB.

    ♦ A more respected member of the community, because you have taken the time to apply to us.

    ♦ Blue name on the forums.

    ♦ You will have the opportunity to receive future perks that may be added to the server (currently being looked into).

    ♦ The ability to apply to become a server moderator (if the applications are open).

    ♦ Members get priority over non-members on event player lists.

    ♦ Members will have the opportunity of helping moderators host and run events.

    Remember, you are not excluded from the server rules! Punishments will not be reduced for members if they commit an offense.

    Things to keep in mind before applying:

    ♦ Applicants must meet the age requirement to join. This is currently set to 15 years of age. For more information about age, requirements see - HERE

    ♦ You must have been active in and integrated yourself into the community for roughly 2 weeks before applying so we know who you are and you have been around long enough to actually be recognised as part of the community. This means spending time on our game servers, as well as making quality posts on the forums and popping on Teamspeak! You must cover and be active in all aspects of the community. Before you gain a trial you must show activity and dedication beforehand, then we will evaluate you further during the actual trial itself.

    ♦ If you have had bans in the past, it would be nice to mention this in your app along with explanations/apologies. We admire people who accept mistakes, this will improve your chances of getting on trial. Depending on your previous ban history the admin team will make an informed decision. Depending on the severity of bans and circumstances, individuals might be prevented from gaining membership.

    ♦ To apply for member, you cannot have more than 2 bans in the last 2 months. Each ban you receive resets the time you have to wait until you can apply.

    ♦ Follow the template posted. We WILL decline your app if you don't follow it, or if you don't post your steam ID.

    ♦ Don't join the forums and apply on the same day, be active first. If your first post is a member app you will be instantly declined.

    ♦ Make an introduction thread, this is massively important. This will let us know a bit about you before you apply. Remember that effort pays off.

    ♦ Come on Teamspeak and get to know other members of the community! Teamspeak is a key part of integrating within the community and allows you to get to know other members a lot better. People won't bite so don't be shy, pop in and get to know them - sitting on your own in a channel isn't getting involved!

    ♦ If you are banned for more than 1 day from the server for any reason, you will be immediately be removed from membership no questions asked. If you feel your ban was unfair then feel free to make an appeal.

    ♦ If you have a VAC ban under 1 year old on any of your accounts, your application will be terminated. If you have 3 VAC bans on your accounts in total, you will never be able to apply for member and you will be permanently banned on all of your accounts as we do not associate with cheaters. For more information on our policy with VAC bans, please read this news-post.

    How can I improve my chances of passing my trial?

    ♦ Stay ACTIVE on the servers/forums/teamspeak. We don't ask for people to spend every hour of the day online, just enough so that we at least know who you are and can recognise as a part of the community! Get involved in forum topics and remember not to spam!

    ♦ Having members supporting your application will help determine if the community likes you or not.

    ♦ You should be friendly and welcoming, as a member you will be representing our community so you need to have a good attitude. We love people who don't rage/troll/abuse others.

    ♦ Abide by the server rules! Being banned can greatly reduce your chances of being accepted.

    Please read the below carefully:

    If you do not know how to find your steam ID, please look at this thread.

    Also, remember that you should mention if you have been banned from our server before. It may affect your application depending on the ban but it must be declared.

    If you are rejected for a trial, you can only reapply in 2 weeks time from the date of being declined.

    Another thing, while you are on trial you must make GOOD quality posts on the forum. Spam such as "lol, haha, cool" doesn't count. Also, we don't count posts within your member app as that isn't seen as being involved with the community.

    After you made the post and have been accepted for trial, please add the member of the admin team who put you on trial to your steam friends list so can you receive your invitation to the trial group. Contact information of our admins can be found here

    An Smod+ will oversee the trial process. Trials should be granted on Sunday/Monday, so only expect a reply to your thread on either one of those days. Don't be afraid to ask any questions regarding your application, we will be happy to help you.

    Hey everyone,

    The age requirement to become a member is 15. Votes will be taken in an admin meeting.

    Underage applicants should not be disheartened however, as individuals who show excellent membership qualities can still earn the right to apply for membership.

    For this to happen, a member of senior staff must have nominated them - if they have nominated someone they will approach and notify the individual and tell them about any improvements they must make, if needed, before they can apply. Once an underage individual has been nominated they can then apply for membership (here), assuming they fill all other membership criteria (here & here ).

    Underage applicants should also mention in their membership application who has nominated them and ask for the member of staff to confirm this. The admin team will then vote in a meeting whether they think a trial should be granted or not.

    After much consideration we have decided to put you on Trial with the condition that you become much more active on the Jailbreak Server. This is during your Trial and after if you fall behind on hours on the server without a valid reason your Membership will be revoked.

    Hi Kaiser,

    Activity is your weak point here. We would like to see more community integration before you apply, perhaps start by making an introduction! It also may be worthy to note that while we value a helpful attitude (helping others follow the rules like you have stated), we are sure that you have many other good qualities you can offer Outbreak so be sure to let us know next time! Also tell us a bit more about yourself! Hope to see you reapply in a month.

    Hey Tutorial,

    Unfortunately we will have to decline you right now. We have had reports that you have been rather disruptive on the server and this needs to change if you would like to be a member (mic spam and talking over commander etc). Due to you being rather young, we expect you to really show us that you are a positive, helpful person and follow the rules. If you fix these issues, then we will be more than happy to give you a trial!

    Hi Grizzly,

    Sorry to say but you have been declined again due to disruptive behavior. General attitude on the server needs to change aswell as more integration on the forums if you wish to become a member of our community. You tend to find a lot of loopholes both within the rules and commands as well as spam mic and try to disrupt rounds as much as you can. If you fix these issues then we will have no problems with accepting you to be on trial!

    The dull, distant crack of rifle fire echoed about the blown out suburbs of post-civil war Outbreak. Lewis was jaunted about inside the dark confines of the truck, peering out into the early morning gloom. One of Mintlou's 'Officers of the Revolution' stood next to a firing detail, arrayed in a row. His arm went up in order, as did five rifles. Facing them, were five damned men with their backs to the bullet-pocked wall.

    One cried: "LONG LIVE THE TRUE ARISTOCRACY". The officer shouted, quickly followed by the tightly-scattered report of five rifles. Then deep silence, save for the rumble of the truck's engine.

    They had just left the city. Seven miles until they hit Le Rosey school, where the children of the old regime were educated There had been no time to get the children to safehavens in neighbouring Jailbreak communities. The truck slammed straight through the wrought iron gate and flicked up a spray of pebbles.

    Lewis nodded to the four men with him.

    'We're here to do something dirty. But when you pull up parasitic weeds, you have to get them by the roots.' The men nodded, and slipped on their balaclavas. Inside, a housemaster hurried the children to go and hide, to wait until relief from a neighbouring server came, and made everything right again. The grey-haired housemaster hurried out through the great door to the old school to confront the men, standing atop steps which had been graced by the leadership of OB for generations. Lewis shot him through the heart, and crimson thickly trickled down the cream steps.

    The school had been encircled by soldiers of the revolution. There was no way out. No escape.

    The old privileged bloodlines were going to end, in this Ring around Le Rosey. Today.

    RULES OF GAME

    - 5 Teams of 5

    -CT's will be in god mode and have a speed increase

    -CT's aim is to find and murder all the t's either working together with their team or or going as a lone wolf

    -T's will have 1:30 mins to hide

    -T's aim is to stay hidden the longest and survive until rescue comes (@ 10/15 mins after the 2 mins hiding time)

    -T's are only young and aren't able to protect/defend themselves (So make sure you find a good point or rotate around the CT's)

    -Certain points on the map will be restricted atm that's still be decided but the outside will properly be off limit's and Bullshit points will be either shown or hinted at

    SCORING

    - As a CT you get 1 point for every T you kill

    - As a T if you survive past the time ( 10/15 mins ) to get rescued you get 5 points

    - Prizes will be for 1st, 2nd and 3rd

    - 1st Prize will get 2000 credits while 2nd gets 1500 and 3rd will get 1000 credits

    - BONUS Marsh has donated some cs:go skins for the winners
