Anyway, the thing is these ratio plugins are horrible.

They dont work flexible you set 1 set of values in and thats that.

Some maps need more CT's then others aswell that some teams need more CT's then others.

Then you have the fact that maybe a group of non mic users joined CT and someone with a mic cant join CT since the team ratio would be unbalanced.

When a player is switched off CT team a LIFO routine (last person to join is moved off first) is specified while (optionally) only those with a mic are randomly switched to CT absent any guard requests which are pending.

also it isnt as rigid as you seem to think, uses a very clever algorithm
