Why you believe your ban was unfair/disproportionate: I was instantly banned for a week from the server for a week a few seconds after accidentally shooting at a stack and killing many people while firing back at a T shooting me. I don't believe a ban was fair, as it was an accident, and I'd never break jailbreak rules, I see no point in doing so. There were no moderators or admins on the server at the time. If there were I would have tried to get the people not deserving of a kill respawned, but unfortunately there wasn't. If anything, I would have understood a CT ban, but being banned from the Jailbreak server itself is extremely unfair in my opinion.

Do you have any evidence to support your claim?: No, only witnesses (which aren't accepted as evidence). This is my first ever punishment, I've had no CT bans, kicks, mutes, etc. I don't know if that counts as evidence, but at least it might help show that I don't do this sort of thing on purpose.

Date of incident: 23/10/2016

Extra Info: The server had no moderators or admins on, and I was on CT side. As usual, when there are no admins on, the server goes crazy. Nobody follows the rules, especially CT side, who end up killing people for no reason. I went CT to try and keep the server under control to a certain degree. I had a trolling CT, name I cannot recall, who kept on opening cells as soon as he could at round start, and then T's with guns would start shooting. I got shot at, I fired back, and due to my bad spray in addition to the T's all crowding around one spot, I ended up shooting and killing a few T's on accident. It's frustrating that out of all the people trolling and mic-spamming and being general nuisances, I was banned from the server for something harmless and unintentional.

I really want to emphasise that I'd never do this sort of thing. I despise people who troll and ruin the gameplay of the server for others. I'm relatively new, been playing on the OB Community JB server for around 2 weeks, which is why this is my first post and the account made today. I really love the community, I've made lots of friends and I feel part of the community. For me to be banned this early in my time here is plain annoying to me.

I don't know who banned me, there were no admins/mods on at the time, maybe one connected and I didn't realise, not sure.

I know there's no evidence to prove that it was an accident, which is why I've written so much to get myself unbanned. If it wasn't as instant and without warning as the ban given, I would have maybe taken a screenshot or something to prove. I hope somebody can understand my point of view on this, and maybe unban me. (If I got CT banned for any length of time I'd understand that, but being banned from the server I just feel is wrong). I respect the mods and admins whatever decision they make however, I know they're all great at keeping the server clean. Thanks.

I was called on the server from one of our regulars.When I joined I instantly saw you spraying into a FULL stack trying to kill a t with a gun killing atleast 4-6 people, that is considered a mass freekill. Since you seem to put so much effort in your unban request and seem to be a honest mistake which I can understand.I will lower the ban to 4 days just understand you can't spray into a stack of t's not matter the situation. It doesn't matter if it was an 'accident' or not.The fact is you sprayed into a stack and freekilled people thats the bottom line. I hope you understand why you got banned now and hopefully this won't happen again.
