How to see the prices of steam russian store

Some people buy steam games to other players, they trade with keys or cash. I have a virtual machine with vpn and other steam account only for me, if you like check the prices, a user of a spanish forum have a tool to see the prices of all stores. "Isrow" , note: row= rest of world

The program is in spanish but it is easy to use

Paste the steam url in "steam box" , example Total War™: ROME II - Emperor Edition:

Note: Some game is row but have restrictions in trade ( cant activate )

Yes, with before program, you can check the región lock. In my case, i have a personal russian account, i buy with the original prices (example g2a increases 3/5€)
