Helping out new players.

Hey there.

Atm, when a new player comes on, and asks how to play, people have to manually type out their own explanation of it, or some people just link them to "!rules", which isn't very helpful.

So, my suggestion is for a command like "!new", which provides a few short sentences about how the game mode works in general, and provides information on donating, forums, !rules, etc.

If you'd like, I'll write up the page for you, as it would really help new players get a grasp of the game mode quickly.

Anyway, didn't it used to describe various games that could be played, and not a simple overview of the game mode?
