*POLL* Forum Shoutbox

Maybe we should have a forum shoutbox? (a chatroom of everyone who's logged in on the forum) I believe it would be fun for people to discuss something through a instant message service, rather then waiting 10 minutes for someone to reply on a topic. Not to mention just a place to chat.

Ideas?
