my appoligies for not reading the rules, my bad. Thanks for the help (i was banned for using trickshot aimbot in a private game on black ops 2)

I was playing some surf combat and moderator moeiken (i think that's how you spell the name) was in the game and he was the only mod in the game, i was playing normally doing nothing wrong and suddenly in the middle of surfing i get kick i have no clue as to why, so i joined back thinking it was a mistake. I was in the game for about 1 min and and sunddenly i was kicked and it said i was banned from the server (Sorry for my bad spelling as i am dyslexic)
