What is the correct format?

Hi, Last week I got a permanent ban from ct and would be ever so grateful is it was revoked. Basically, the round was really boring and the cts were crap so i joined them to make it a little more interesting. I then go banned for gun planting. I have learnt my lesson an will never do this again. Thanks
