Kobfoil, the other one I didn't get because he fled. But can clearly see on demo

Why should he be banned:

-Mass freekilling, racism, baiting, repeating the word 'cancer' multiple times

-oLi has 800 OB credits on his account and should be familiar with the rules, but proceeds to do all the above
