Ct's TO T's Ratio Plugin!?

I heard someone mention it and i know other servers have it, alot of ct's dont have a microphone at night time when hardly no admins are online it would make it alot easier if we had one ?

I presume you've tought of this already so why don't we have one?

A plugin that wont allow t's to go CT's if ratio is off
