    Not really to fussed if this gets rejected or not, I just feel it was an unfair ban.

    Why you believe your ban was unfair/disproportionate: I know that my ban in October was my 'final warning', but this ban isn't very fair to be honest. Firstly, Trolling? Really? I was singing a song and then stopping when someone told me to, so was pretty much half of the players, just having a fun time, and shouting? I wasn't shouting at all, I don't know if your volume is too loud Raichu, but on my end, I wasn't shouting at all, maybe at one point to let people command by telling terroists to calm down, which alot of mods do, and the fact that I've had too many bans seems fair since my last ban was my final warning, but this ban seemed a little too harsh?

    As I stated before, If the perm sticks, shame on me, I accept it fully.

    I'm not sure I'm allowed to post here since I'm not a member,  and my opinion would be regarded worthless as haven't played JB in a while,  I still know Gerald and I might as well make a point for him being member. 

    Gerald is a really nice guy,  the occasional banter here and there, tells me to 'F off'  alot,  but it's all in good faith.  As of what I've seen,  hes been really friendly to new players on the server,  and seems to get along well with the majority of the community.

    A few weeks ago, I was delivering pizza's for this local pizza shop my cousin owned,  my dad would usually take me to deliver them. One night, he dropped me outside the apartment block and I walked up the stairs with the 2 roasting pepperoni pizza's. When I got there, I knocked on the door, and after a few seconds, the door opened, and a puff of smoke departed the room, and also a middle aged man was there;

    "What?"

    "I have your 2 pizza's, sir."

    "Oh, how much?"

    "£25."

    *he reaches into his pocket and takes out 2 £10 notes and 1 £5 note and hands into me*

    *he then shuts the door*

    *I knock again*

    *he opens it again*

    "What?"

    "You forgot your pizza's sir."

    "Oh, hold on mate".

    *he goes back into the room and I take a peak and see that he has some friends, and they seem to be gathering money in forms of multiple penny's etc*

    *he hands me £20 and £6.78*

    "Keep the change."  *he shuts the door*

     

     

    This may seem really hard to believe, but I kid you not that is the legitimate story, post yours below.

    Yeah, you came back to OB just about as I decided to leave, I remember your name but I don't believe we had any personal encounters.

    Hi again, its Bard, and I thought it would be appropriate to make another intro post since I decided to start playing again (mods beware).

    Ill repeat exactly what I put in my last intro post; I used to be a troll, and I have probably still am (jks).

    Anyway, Im looking foward to meeting all the relatively new members of outbreak, and this time ill try not to get a ban :)
