This would make it more obvious when we're laughing at someone, a suggestion could be to replace Confused since people use it to troll anyway, so why not make it into something more useful like OMEGALUL

this could make it so we all laugh at someone together and in harmony.

I would say to replace one of the already existing positive emotes (of which there are 4), and if this doesn't get added i will lynch myself and photoshop omegalul on my face.
