Sir_Conor Posted May 22, 2017 Hey Tammahshay, The "Evidence" you've posted is well... pretty silly, you've posted his profile picture as Evidence. I'm really not sure if your just confused about how your are meant to fill a ban request out but the evidence area it should have evidence that supports your claims that @R1sk is "Cyber bullying" you.
