M1nt-l0u 1,235 Posted April 22, 2017 After watching that I think it would be cool if some property investor/builder had the idea to make a Japanese style housing estate on a new plot of land and sold each home for £200,000. If the plot sizes are that small, and the home as practical and quirky as they are in this video, I think it would take off. It would be marketed as a cool way to get on the property ladder, I'd love something like this as my first home. It's not overly spacious, but it is adequate and has several modern features to accommodate the small living space. 2 Scrobbesbyrig and ҉NuclearGamer reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post
Jak 1,381 Posted April 22, 2017 I'm actually planning a "tiny house" build at the moment, just looking for the right plot of land/building to do it in. Will reply in more detail later as I'm out right now, but yeah. Great idea. 1 JamesG reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post

Skeff 289 Posted April 22, 2017 I wouldn't expect a wide spread adoption of them however I could easily imagine some people trying out them out. Quote Share this post Link to post
JamesG 70 Posted April 22, 2017 Yes and no. I'm interested in tiny houses but I don't think its practical enough Quote Share this post Link to post
