This sik cunt ate McDonalds like 4-5 days a week it's not healthy, but provided you know how much you should be eating, you won't put on weight calories n shit yo first day back at gym for 3 weeks, will see how my shoulders feel in morning, avoided my overhead press might just have to focus on cardio for a bit if my shoulders are still fucked Quote Share this post Link to post
inmylife 5 Posted August 3, 2015 Basically my goal, it's before I gained weight. Also I need to work on laughing more. But I just lift weights now and do a lot of kardio. That pic is like 2 years old though. Quote Share this post Link to post

Daffy Duck 155 Posted August 6, 2015 I do a lot of cycling in Plymouth and the local area with the university. Here's something from earlier this year. This is a video filmed (from the point of view) of a friend of mine, I show up here and there. We start on the ferry out of Plymouth into Cornwall and we cycle along the coast towards Looe. Quite a bit off road and lots of hills! Quote Share this post Link to post

M1nt-l0u 1,235 Posted August 6, 2015 That looks like a lot of fun, interesting setup you have there too. Road bikes with 700c off-road tyres? Nice. I've done a lot of riding but nothing as diverse as that, although it is something I'd like to do. Have you heard about Microsoft Hyperlapse? Put that video through it and it will steady the whole thing out, with surprisingly good results. Quote Share this post Link to post
SonyTwan 1,208 Posted August 14, 2015 Started adding face pulls to my routine (no they don't involve your face) Shoulder already feels better and had no issues when I was curling hopefully on the up and up Quote Share this post Link to post
Gunstar 513 Posted August 15, 2015 I walk to the kitchen for food and back to my desk for fitness. I don't really go out that much unless I have to. But I am not fat not super thin either. Quote Share this post Link to post

That's because you eat roughly the same amount of calories to maintain your weight Quote Share this post Link to post
