Biggles 44 Posted October 28, 2013 As a kick off to the minigames server being successful and fully function we're going to be holding one of the classic events next sunday (03/11/2013). Deathrun Madness Don't fret we've created new rules to make this a more fair event. Deathrun madness is a simple event in which the hosts control the traps and a bunch of nubs throw their lifeless bodies over the traps until somebody finally gets to the end and gains some lovely points which will go towards that lovely prize. We will be playing on 4 maps each one will consist of 3 runs, one of which will be a practice where no points are scored. Once a round has been finished, the scoring will stop and you can just run around until the hosts have finished the scoring, the next round will begin after the slay. Once all maps are finished we will have a single bonus round on Ice world (the most common map) for a chance to score some extra cheeky points. The maps will be: - Tribute_Final - Simpsons - Family_Guy - Pool So we'd advise you get practicing as much as you can Scoring Each player starts with 10 points, you can earn or lose points based on your deathrun performance - If everyone else dies and you get the furthest but don't quite make it to the end, you get 2 points - If you make it to the end of the course you will earn 5 points During EACH round the hosts will watch carefully and pick out two people based on their performance - MVP +4 points. This will be the player that seems to put the most effort in by triggering traps and not mooching. - LVP -5 points. The least valuable player will be the person who thinks they can let everyone else activate the traps in order to get ahead.
