Firstly want to go over the GTA Server Timeline as I don't know where this talking about it for 8 months has come from... December to January - Helped set up a DayZ server, learned the basics of installed plugins etc then passed on to the person that wanted the server as I didn't personally play DayZ much but I'd be on hand to help install anything if asked but it died soon after. End of Jan to Early February - Thinking about creating server asked for thoughts Had seen quite a few GTA RP videos on youtube and knew one or two people who played it, it seemed like a fun idea that would have that Jailbreak level on interaction. After Jamie made the "Yo Admins" thread I asked if people are interested to let me know and I'd start looking at it properly. Got a decent response with quite a few people interested in a possible server. As I had never done anything with FiveM or Big RP Servers didn't know how long it would take or what would be needed but asked "if there are any suggestions from feel free to give them" for the RP server or "If anyone has any experience setting up FiveM servers let us know as it be helpful." but didn't get any response to this. Rest of February - Trying to learn and set up the basics of a default FiveM Server Created a basic five vanilla server on Cheeses Server but had issues with the trying to install the major frameworks, I had big issues when trying to install the major frameworks and trying to get them not to throw error and crash, Cheese trying taking a look but couldn't get it working either. trying to learning how you go about setting up a a sever Which was where most of the progress I was able to do was setting up a Default FiveM Server and getting it to actually proper show on the FiveM Server Browser. March - I didn't do much due to personal reasons Due to personal reasons I wasn't on much from the End of February for about and started being active again by the end of march. April - GTA update on progress, asked for help if people want the server up faster This was when the "Time for Change" Thread was created and I responded to give update on what had happen so far I asked if GTA/FiveM Server wasn't something that people wanted or if they had any alternative ideas or suggestion to let us know and we would try to facilitate. I then again asked if GTA/ FiveM was something that people wanted and work to be done on it faster I would need help and I tried to give some suggestions on ways people could help even if not technically minded and if they were it would be great especially because even though cheese tried to help on bits here and there he was massively busy with work and wasn't able to give much help as I needed. So I asked again to try and get some help, I asked people to either come speak to me or forum message me hoping I'd get more of a response that last time. And we did our first Community Meeting to discussing all of this and other things the community wanted, I had thought and said that I wanted to try and get BETA for Early May which was probably very naive of me but from the meeting I had hope that much people would try to help out as a few had said they take a look at FiveM so I genuinely thought more people would help out and we could at least get a decent amount of work done on it. That didn't happen I had one or two people end up sending me a couple of plugins but that was about it. Mid April to Mid May - Setting up as much as I can Continued working on the server got the load of plugins installed and was tweaking Car Hud, learning how fivem does perms and setting up basics of perms. Installed some of the major plugins but trying to figure which worked better especially for the Cops, Civ Jobs and things to do. There was two FiveM update which fully broke the server and I had wasted two weekends where I could've done big chunks of the work. But here is the latest plugins list so far: Mid May to now... I wanted to make an update after the next Community Meeting which was meant to be on the 19th weekend, As I really wanted to try and people to help as there just so much set up and plugins needed just to get the basics of an RP server but that got delayed and then over the past two weeks I've been busy IRL with the majority of my family's birthdays and my own, having a few nights out so only did bits on the server here and there. I think that's the full timeline of what has happened with the GTA Server, which after suggesting it in February and asking for thoughts on what people thoughts to now the progress so far. This is probably the best suggestion I've actually seen about the GTA Server. I was focus on creating the server people had said they wanted but if people want a server like this or anything else you want throwing up all you need to do is suggest it and especially if its vanilla/simple to do we should definitively be able to do it. Going forward I usually say on most of all my big posts but if you want something... anything all you need to do is just genuinely ask. You can drop me a poke, speak to me on TS or drop a forum message. Or if you want to create/do something yourself and want help from Admin Team or myself just ask I'll help in any way that I can. Following all that is mention here, we're firstly going to have an Admin meeting in the next couple of days to discuss everything here and then post a monthly update with a few community changes before the Community meeting where we can go over any changes and discuss them thoroughly.

We'll do another Summer league tourney probably around the same time as last year's one in the July/August when more people should be off. If anyone has anymore suggestions for other event or game nights that they would like to do make sure you suggest them or if a your idea has been suggested but you'd be willing to help out hosting it, just repost it and let us know. The first community choice event has been selected and will be announced soon, the top 2 choices will be done from the vote will be host throughout this month. As they wasn't as too many suggestions or vote we'll be doing this vote once a month for the next choice. Sent from phone.

Hey Vodo Hazed, Congratulations, we have decided to put you on trial for membership. You've got great teamspeak activity and have been around in the community for a long time, the only thing you need to work on to pass your trial is improving your forum activity. Just get involved on the forums and maybe start some threads yourself and you'll be fine. This vote will be closing in the next couple of days if you haven't already vote please do so. As it's a new role not everything is fully confirmed of what the OB Rep role will do, currently I'd imagine OB Rep will have different responsibly that a mod. So keemy can still be voted for and whoever wins will be asked if they actually want the role and if they decide they don't it'll just to to the runner up.

Outbreak Community Choice Event This will be the first community choice event from the suggested events, five have been picked if you don't like any of them you can say so and if there is a majority people saying "No" on this another five will be picked. If you do like some of the event options you can order them 1-5 from 1 being most wanted and 5 being least.

I'd love some Overwatch events tbh, Alex has said some that he's done in the past that sounds pretty good.

The "Years of Service" Trophies are awarded automatically based upon join date to the forums, I'm not going to be going through manually setting every person. The only prerequisites for this currently set is 365 days and 20 pieces of content per year.

Events show up on the front page 2 weeks before the event See below "Upcoming Events" Also on the Event page you can both "Follow" the event for updates or you can use the "Set Reminder" to get a reminder/forum notification depending on your notification settings. I've not see a plugin that can changed the reminder time to lower than days but if you following the event we could get it so someone posts a "Starting in X" to make it give you a notification.

As recently mentioned in the Monthly Update post, an area for development is community wide integration one of the best ways to do this is Events/Tournaments both big and small or something more causal along the lines of Community Game Nights. This thread will for be for suggestion on what people would like to see done, this will need be done as a community effort, so if you are suggesting something you should be will to try and help out with it so it doesn't end up being piled upon one or a small number of people. When we get a number of suggestions then a poll will then be created for the community to vote on which out of the choices they would most like to see. So long as their are suggestions and people to help out this should be a great way for all of us unite as a community. All of these events will be posted in the Outbreak Community Calendar if you want to see upcoming events. To start the ball rolling Frostie is doing the first Community Game Night More info below.

Following our first "Community Discussion Meeting" here is the outcome of that meeting, the meeting showed how we do all care about the community and its direction and I want to personal thank everyone who got involved this will be something that we shall try to do on a monthly basis. Community Discussion Meeting Overhaul the feedback from the meeting shows that we do want some sort of community growth through various areas throughout the community, a few ways to do this have been suggested which I will be mentioning below. A role will be voted on by the community to say who they want as the "Outbreak Community Representative" this person will keep everyone updated on everything that is happening throughout the community whether it be Events, Servers and Community Development as a whole, put simply they will be the Outbreak PR person working with everyone. Hopefully this role will fix our lack of community information/updates so that everyone knows where we are at. More information HERE. Monthly Update posts will actually be posted monthly, keeping our community updated, in-between this we will be doing Community Discussion Meetings where everyone can show up and we can discuss the community together. Community Discussion Meeting and Monthly Updates will also take place on a bi-weekly format for example: 01/01/2019 Monthly Update 15/01/2019 Community Discussion Meeting 01/02/2019 Monthly Update 15/02/2019 Community Discussion Meeting The Community Discussion Meetings will be up on the calendar as soon as a date and time is selected, this will be where you can either post points that you would like to bring up or message either Myself and the Staff Team or the Outbreak Community Representative these meeting should be no longer than one hour. Outbreak Community Media is an area that was brought up in the meeting where everyone can get involved uploading clips or funny situations that have happened in the community, think something along the lines of Soviet Womble Videos. A Thread for this will be created where you can upload Videos to dropbox/google drive or whatever else and hopefully they can be created to showcase our community and then uploaded to the Outbreak Community YouTube Channel which you can subscribe to right now HERE, More information about this will be posted on the Thread itself. Currently the Community is split in different channels throughout the Teamspeak this is something everyone brought up to and wanted to try and resolve. GTA FiveM RP Server GTA FiveM RP Server as I've previously mentioned I've been focusing on working on this, the current ETA is to have something like a playable BETA for Outbreak by the end of the month. If you do want to help out with this whether that be suggesting possible plugins from HERE or anything else let us know. If you do have experience with GTA FiveM or if you have played it yourself or watched videos and have suggestions for the server let us know! Some examples of things that would be really helpful would be plugin creation/editing or GTA Map Editing. Minor Update Members+ Can give out Teamspeak Permissions to anyone in the "New Permissions" Group, please try to either give out perms to people that you know or if you have been asked another player or if you have spoken the them.

I'm free most nights, I'll chat about this with anyone whenever. Though I'm not sure a poll will actually work from past experiences.
